The irradiation solid angle is
a measure that expresses the angular range of light irradiated at a point
in terms of a cone whose vertex is at that point.
V-ISA Lighting
is the new lighting method
that can take the precice 3D-information
of the metal surface and glossy surface of an object.
The information can be obtained
by 1 shot of normal camera and lens
as a color gradation image,
without any scanning.
It is a Revolution
of the visual inspection
for the metal surface and glossy surface.
1.With V-ISA lighting, the light irradiation conditions for each point on the subject surface can be set uniformly within the field of view, regardless of the distance to the subject.
- Brightness, illuminance, irradiation optical axis, and irradiation solid angle (irradiation angle range) can be set equally.
- Feature points with strict detection conditions, such as defects on rough surfaces, can be stably detected.
2. With V-ISA lighting, the shape of the irradiation solid angle for each point on the subject surface can be uniformly set to any shape. (on bright-field/dark-field)
- The irradiation light to each point can be set to any irradiation shape.
- The irradiation light can be uniformly optimized depending on the detection conditions to accurately detect feature points.
-Exquisite optimization conditions for 1 point can be set evenly on surfaces and lines.
- Capable of stably extracting feature information with strict detection conditions on rough surfaces such as metal satin surfaces.
- Stable illumination with line cameras, etc. can be achieved without direction dependence.
3.With V-ISA lighting, it is possible to uniformly form a solid angle of illumination with a multilayer structure at each point under the same conditions.
(a) Each of RGB forms an irradiation solid angle in an arbitrary angular range.
(b) The image is formed evenly regardless of the height or inclination of the subject surface.
- The RGB irradiation angle range can be optimized depending on the information you want to extract.
- Converts the tilt information of the object plane to RGB information and allows direct imaging in one shot.
- It is possible to accurately capture 3D shapes as their differential images.
4.There are four series of V-ISA lighting, each with its own irradiation range.
θmin:Configurable minimum solid angle of illumination
θmax:Maximum configurable solid angle of illumination
